Markets we serve across New Jersey
We manage community associations across New Jersey, organized here by county cluster. 8 town pages are live today, with genuinely local detail rather than a swapped town name. More are being added steadily rather than all at once.

Metuchen

A compact, walkable borough of roughly three square miles, known locally as the Brainy Borough, with a historic downtown and a mix of Victorian-era single-family homes alongside smaller condo and multi-unit conversions near the train station.
Milltown
Middlesex County
One of the smallest boroughs in Middlesex County at roughly one square mile, historically a mill town, with mostly single-family and small multi-unit housing and a handful of smaller garden-style condo and townhome buildings.
Somerset
Somerset County
An unincorporated section of Franklin Township with a large stock of garden apartment and townhome condo complexes built from the 1960s through the 1980s along the Route 27 and Easton Avenue corridors, within commuting distance of Rutgers and New Brunswick.
