About Urmi
Urmi brings more than 30 years of professional experience to RPMG, with a career spanning a chemical company, a large physician practice, and an IT services company. In those roles, she handled bookkeeping, controller responsibilities, and human resources, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how organizations run and what it takes to keep people informed and supported. Since joining RPMG, Urmi has served as an Assistant Community Manager, spending time on-site at the communities she supported and working directly with residents. Today, as part of our Customer Service team, she draws on that hands-on community experience to assist homeowners by phone and email and to support site visits when needed, helping ensure every resident feels heard and well cared for.

Tending to her plants and garden, and time with friends in her local community.
